Returns Policy

  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carplaysmartbox.com.
  • To be eligible for a return, please contact us first.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Purchases from 3rd party retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • (According to the 12-Month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose the return to arrange a refund.
          - If it is proven to be the item's problems or our cause, we will offer a 100% refund of the item after receiving the returned item;

          - If 12 months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.)

  • If the item is proven not to support your vehicle, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, including damaged, in an unsellable condition or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our cause, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
  • If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs/custom clearance fee from your refund (the amount will be based on the actual situation).
  • We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
  • More than 60 days after the purchased day is not eligible for a refund under terms of our program.
  • We cannot exchange the item unless the item itself is defective or damaged.
  • We will be responsible for the shipping cost of the parcel delivered to you again.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, including damaged, in an unsellable condition or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our cause, it will not be returned or exchanged.
  • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 24 hours, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped. Otherwise, we will not be able to agree to cancel your order.
