This is a CarPlay Smart Box suitable for C6 MMI platform.
It is currently compatible with the following models:

The detailed steps are as following:
1.Disassemble glove box.
2.Take out air conditioning panel carefully.(No need disassemble display.)
3.Remove out MMI head unit.
4.Take out Audi MMI head unit for cables layout.
5.Find gateway port under steering wheel, and convert with CarPlay's gateway cable(yellow one).
6.Layout well gateway cable, then connect with CarPlay box power cable.
7.You can add an MMI extension cable for connect to 48pin harness(blue/white cable).
8.Assemble back panels under steering wheel.
9.Connect MMI cable to No.10 from 48pin harness.
10.LVDS IN cable one side connect to LCD-IN, another side connect to MMI head unit.
11.LVDS extension cable one side connect to LCD-OUT, another side connect to original LVDS cable.
12.Connect AUX cable to 48pin harness, then plug in.
13.AUX cable another side connect to AUXDIO-OUT from CarPlay power cable.
14.Connect microphone and install at good position.
15.Return Audi MMI head unit and air conditioning panel to original.
16.Locate USB port at good position for Android mirroring and wired CarPlay.
17.According installation diagram set up dip switch.
18.Finally connect all cables with CarPlay box, located at good position, all job done.
19.Select AUX external, press ‘’navi’’ switch to CarPlay, enjoying.
