This is a CarPlay Smart Box suitable for Volkswagen head unit.
It is currently compatible with the following models:
✅ Volkswagen Golf Tiguan Teramont Phaeton 2012-2017 CarPlay Smart Box - (CSBVW-2)
✅ Touareg (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017，Screen Size: 8 Inches) - (CSBVW-2)
✅ VW CarPlay Smart Box 2 (CSBVW-2)

The detailed steps are as following:
1.Disassemble and take out the display screen.
2.Take out Touareg Media.
3.Take out AUX part from 48pin harness, convert with AUX adapter.
4.Take out full glove box.
5.Connect 12v ACC(yellow) to 48pin harness power signal.
6.Find out gateway cable under Co-pilot seat.
7.Then connect gateway cable +/- with it.
8.Connect GND(black) ACC(yellow) MMI(blue) cable to 48pin harness well.
9.Connect power cable with CarPlay box.
10.LCD-OUT connect with original LVDS cable.
11.LCD-IN connect to LVDS port behind head unit.
12.AUX adapter another side connect to AUDIO-OUT.
13.Aftermarket camera connect Rear RCA port, and red power cable.Don't forget set dip switch 8 off.
14.Connect gateway cable well.
15.Microphone connect to original mic position.
16.Locate CarPlay box behind display screen, then assemble back.
17.Assemble back MMI media and glove box.
18.Long press ''Navi'' switch to CarPlay system, turn on WiFi, pairing bluetooth, then enjoying.
