What to Do if the Smart Box Cannot Connect Again

What to do when you are back to the vehicle but the CarPlay does not connect automatically?

Kindly note that the Smart Box‘s Bluetooth will be turned off automatically if it is not running for a short while. If you are having this problem, please follow the below steps to solve this problem:

1. Check on the Phone>>Bluetooth, click device (IDCORE) twice to see if the Bluetooth is connected with the Smart Box;

2. If the Bluetooth is unconnected, check the 'Settings‘ on the vehicle menu, go to the 'Bluetooth' setting to check the paired devices, normally it is your phone;

3. Select the paired phone, then go to 'WiFi CarPlay', the connection will be on again;

4. If the connection is still off, make sure the Phone WiFi is on but connecting nothing, then select 'WiFi CarPlay' on the vehicle menu again to connect the phone.
